How to run a WN Franchise

IOpen the territory

Your first thirty days establish the category, not the revenue.

  • Record your trading name and territory in the franchise profile above
  • Pick one category from the register as your founding category
  • Run its first business plan through the Design Studio's Blueprint tool
  • Claim your Certified WN Franchise Owner certificate and display it

IITeach before you sell

A WN franchise earns standing by instruction first.

  • License the Academy curriculum to run cohorts in your territory
  • Complete at least one Academy course yourself each quarter
  • Hold one open session per month teaching the category, not the product

IIIPublish your ledger

The enemy practice of every WN category is the invisible ledger.

  • State every promise with a number and a deadline in it
  • Price in units the customer can audit — never the hour
  • Publish results before anyone asks for them

IVWork the register

The register below is your raw material: 200 plans and 1,000 patent ideas per category.

  • Read one business plan per week in your founding category
  • Shortlist patent ideas that fit your territory's tolerated problems
  • Use deep links (#plan-C-N) to share documents with partners

VHold the standard

Operations onboarding ends when the standard holds without you.

  • Complete the operations checklist, then claim the Operations Certificate
  • Audit your own promises monthly against the published ledger
  • Escalate any standard you cannot hold to WN consulting — early

VICompound the year

Twelve consecutive months in good standing qualifies you as an Elite Partner.

  • Annual billing locks the 20% discount and Elite eligibility
  • Claim the Elite Partner certificate at month twelve
  • Elite partners receive priority directory placement and the annual strategy review
