No public payment/account metric should be treated as accepted until the gate passes.
Revenue language starts with reconciled records.
This public gate defines the private evidence, exclusions, reconciliation note, privacy boundary, and owner review required before White Noise can publish warmer revenue, conversion, retention, member-actual, KPI, or capital-readiness language.
Do not warm commercial claims before records reconcile.
Payment records and account records are not interchangeable. A serious reviewer needs the processor source, account-state source, cohort window, exclusion rule, reconciliation note, private evidence boundary, owner decision, and next review trigger before any metric becomes public language.
Free-to-paid conversion, paid retention, audited member actuals, and stronger capital language remain blocked.
The payment source and account-state source must cover the same dated cohort window.
Public language must preserve exclusions, privacy limits, date window, and unresolved mismatch counts.
The source record needs both sides of the commercial event.
The minimum record is not a screenshot, a planning model, or a dashboard claim. It requires a payment processor source, an account-state source, a cohort window, explicit exclusions, a reconciliation note, retained private evidence, and owner review.
- Payment processor source with provider name, export date, and redaction rule.
- Account state source covering active, trial, cancelled, refunded, gifted, complimentary, and test states.
- Reconciliation note that names mismatches instead of smoothing them into narrative.
Source presence
Payment processor source and account-state source must exist for the same window.
- Failure label: `rejected_missing_source`
Exclusion integrity
Test transactions, refunds, failed payments, gifted accounts, coupons, internal accounts, and duplicates must be handled.
- Failure label: `rejected_exclusions_unclear`
Owner review
The owner must decide what the source record can support and what still remains blocked.
- Failure label: `rejected_owner_review_missing`
Accepted records can support bounded summaries, not broad capital narrative.
- State the dated cohort window and evidence classes reviewed.
- Summarize exclusions, unresolved mismatches, owner role, review date, and next review trigger.
- Publish only a bounded metric if it is directly supported by the source record.
- Do not publish raw transaction IDs, customer data, provider secrets, bank details, audited language without an audit, or investment-performance language.
- Update revenue readiness, KPI evidence, capital allocation, and public board-review language only after this gate passes.
Payment/account records should narrow public claims to the exact window, source family, exclusion rule, and owner review that actually exist.
