These terms are intentionally short. They apply to the White Noise Inc. website, memberships, WN Exchange, WN Coin interest forms, Custom R&D, and related services.

1. Agreement

By using this Site or any related White Noise service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Creative content

White Noise Inc. is an educational and creative venture built around White Noise Totality by Valentin Perlov. The White Noise Computer, Replicator, Library, OSTSS, and similar concepts are speculative frameworks, not proof of deployed technology or products for sale.

3. No advice or guarantees

Site content is for general information and creative inspiration only. It is not legal, financial, investment, scientific, medical, or other professional advice, and it does not promise outcomes, inventions, returns, or future value.

4. Memberships & billing

Paid plans provide access to published content, courses, tools, and collaboration surfaces. They do not provide ownership of technology or any financial return. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you are responsible for charges before cancellation. Any free trial converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. WN Exchange & digital collectibles

WN Exchange is a creative marketplace concept for digital collectibles and art. Any collection stats, prices, volumes, or activity shown on the Site may be illustrative demo data. Collectibles are not securities or investments, and wallet or blockchain activity is at your own risk.

6. WN Coin & reservations

WN Coin, WN Chain, wallet screens, reservations, allocations, estimates, and presale language are non-binding interest or demo surfaces unless White Noise Inc. publishes formal offering documents and opens an eligible transaction path. No live token sale, token delivery, public offering, exchange listing, or investment opportunity is active through this Site.

7. Custom R&D, WN Club & Syndicates

Custom R&D, WN Club, and WN Syndicates are creative, collaborative, and educational programs. Terms like "syndicate," "treasury," or "backing" refer to community concepts, not regulated investment vehicles or securities offerings.

8. Accounts & submissions

If you submit a form, message, quote request, or other content, you confirm that you may share it and that it is accurate. Do not send confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, and White Noise Totality are protected by intellectual-property rights owned by White Noise Inc. and/or Valentin Perlov. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy, resell, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, disrupt it, access it unlawfully, infringe others' rights, or use it for fraudulent or illegal activity.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Noise Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any program described here.
