1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the White Noise Inc. website (the "Site") and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the content

White Noise Inc. is an educational and creative venture built on the speculative book White Noise Totality by Valentin Perlov. The technologies described on the Site — including the White Noise Computer, Replicator, Library, OSTSS settlements, and related concepts — are theoretical frameworks, not commercial products. Nothing on the Site should be read as a representation that any such technology exists, works, or is for sale.

3. No professional advice

Content on the Site is provided for general information and creative inspiration only. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, scientific, medical, or other professional advice. We are not your lawyer, financial advisor, or physician. You should obtain independent professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

4. Memberships & billing

Some features require a paid membership (for example, the Member and Club Syndicate tiers). Where pricing is shown, it describes access to courses, content, tooling, and collaborative R&D — not ownership of technology or any financial return. Subscriptions, where offered, continue until cancelled, and you are responsible for charges incurred before cancellation. Demonstration accounts created in the Member Portal are stored locally in your browser only.

Where White Noise advertises a free Member trial, a payment method is required at signup, the first paid renewal begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first, and the first charge is covered by the published 14-day money-back guarantee. Explorer access remains the no-card route for visitors who want to inspect public materials before starting a paid trial.

Only the utility described as live on the pricing and product pages is part of the current Member offer. Roadmap items, future media releases, Exchange creation credits, minting tools, and other unfinished features are not included until White Noise publishes a separate release-state update saying they are live.

5. WN Exchange & digital collectibles

The WN Exchange is a creative marketplace for AI-generated digital collectibles and art. Collection statistics, floor prices, volumes, and activity shown on the Site are illustrative demo data. Digital collectibles are not securities, investments, or financial instruments, carry no promise of value or return, and any blockchain transactions are made at your own risk. You are responsible for your own wallet and for compliance with applicable laws.

6. WN Coin, WN Chain & digital asset reservations

WN Coin, WN Chain, and the wallet app are experimental planning and demonstration surfaces. Any WN Coin "reservation," "allocation," "payment estimate," "presale," or similar language on the Site is non-binding interest collection only unless and until White Noise Inc. publishes formal offering documents, completes required legal and compliance steps, and expressly opens an eligible transaction path. No live token sale, public offering, exchange listing, token delivery, or investment opportunity is active through this Site.

WN Coin may involve significant legal, technical, market, tax, custody, and regulatory risk. Tokens, if ever issued, may have no value, may be restricted, may not be transferable, and may be unavailable in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for your own wallet, private keys, tax records, legal eligibility, and compliance with applicable law. White Noise Inc. may reject, cancel, or modify any reservation at any time.

7. Custom R&D, WN Club & Syndicates

Custom R&D engagements, WN Club, and WN Syndicates are collaborative, creative, and educational programs. "Syndicates," "treasuries," "backing," and similar terms are community constructs and are not regulated investment vehicles or securities offerings. No financial return is promised, and research outcomes are not guaranteed.

8. Accounts & submissions

If you submit a quote request, contact message, or other content, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We may use submissions to respond to you and to operate and improve our services. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to disclose.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, and the book White Noise Totality are protected by intellectual-property rights owned by White Noise Inc. and/or Valentin Perlov. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, infringe others' rights, or use it for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Noise Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, the WN Exchange, or any program described here.

12. Privacy

Demonstration features on this Site (Member Portal, CMS inbox, quote forms, contact forms, and WN Coin wallet/reservation screens) store data locally in your browser using your device's storage; they do not transmit your data to a server in this build unless you enable a production API. 13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
